The goal of VICTRANSA LOGÍSTICA is to give better profitability to its customers' storage, offering them flexibility of use depending on the current production tendendies aimed at minimum stock and maximum space for production.

these services, Victransa Logística has a 123,000m3 warehouse where, thanks to our specialized and qualified personnel, we provide storage services for merchandise and preparation of orders (picking), both for customers in Spain as well as in the European Union :

 1. Order receipt 

Those customers who have contracted for Logistics Operator service will send their orders or their foreseeable receipt of delivery of material by computer (EDI/their own interface, and coming soon, online) to our warehouse.

We also have a direct number for our warehouse available for any of your needs.

 

 
 2. Order preparation (picking) 

When an order is received, our team prepares the merchandise to be shipped.

 

 
 3. Control of completed orders 

Once picking is complete, the order is checked to make sure that it has the proper merchandise. It is documented, identified, and classified to be shipped.


 

 4. Vehicle loading and transfer to Victransa platform 

The Victransa warehouse is located on the same premises as the transportation agency. For this reason, the merchandise is placed directly at the exit door and loaded onto our route or delivery vehicles.


 

 



 
   
     
 
 


TRANSPORTS VICTRANSA is becoming on a day to day basis one of the best transportation and distribution companies in all of Spain. Proof of this can be seen in the growth experienced in the last few years thanks to our customers' confidence.
Victransa focuses its prime activitiy on the distribution of partial loads of industrial packaging and merchandise on pallets with shipping size greater than 100 kg., a fact which sets Victransa apart from other companies that specialize in small packaging.

 1. Order pick up and receipt 

Victransa has an email address recollides@victransa.com and a direct phone number (93.881.49.79) to make a pick up request. When we receive your request, the information collected will be entered directly into the computer system and assigned to a driver, who will receive it directly in his vehicle in a matter of seconds.

 

 
 2. Receipt of the load (Custormer product)  

When we pick up the merchandise, our driver stamps a copy of the customer shipping list which includes the internal number assigned to the driver as well as the date the pick-up is made. It is also confirmed that all the information provided in the customer documentation matches the merchandise that is included in the load. Once this is verified, it is communicated via computer to headquarters that the pick up has been made.

 

 

 3. Unloading at the agency, shipping label control

When merchandise arrives to our agency, it is unloaded in the corresponding area, its status is checked, and it is documented. The proper number of labels are printed for the number of packages.


 

 4. Classifictaion and location in the corresponding wharehouse area 

These labels have a number on them that match the location where the packages can be found on the dock and also the destination route for the merchandise.


 
 5. Vehicle loading (Creation of daily routes) 

Our route trucks are loaded daily and special care is taken when dealing with the merchandise. These vehicles are primarily destined for all Spanish provinces. Vehicle loading is carried out under the supervision of the person in charge of the route and all packages being loaded onto the truck are scanned. This way, we have exact knowledge of the merchandise that is traveling on each truck and its transportation status.



 6. Delivery to customers

Merchandise is prepared daily that our delivery personnel take to the vehicle to be delivered as soon as possible to the end customer. As they are delivered, our drivers validate the delivery by computer (thus completing the circle and leaving the shipment as "delivered") so that when they arrive back to Victransa all they have to do is enter the delivery documents that have been signed by the clients.



 7. Incidents  

Our DACC (Customer Service) department works to take care of any problems that may arise during transportation or delivery, as well as incorrect addresses, refused merchandise, etc. It manages all the necessary administrative procedures until the shipment is completed.
